To access Landlord Portal, you must first register for an account, please select Register to being the process.
As a registered Landlord, Owner, or Property Manager, you will be able to:

• View your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP)
• View upcoming and historical inspections
• View payment holds and abatements
• Access Landlord Portal newsletters and documents

Our goal is to increase our level of service to you by providing convenient 24/7 online service options, reducing the need to call or visit the Scottsdale Housing Agency during regular business hours.
