Getting Started To access Landlord Portal, you must first register for an account, please select Register to being the process. As a registered Landlord, Owner, or Property Manager, you will be able to: - View your monthly Housing Assistance Payments (HAP)
- View upcoming and historical inspections
- View payment holds and abatements
- Access Landlord Portal newsletters and documents
As a registered Applicant, you will be able to: - View your Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Waitlist status
- Update your information on the HVC Waitlist
📬 Important Notice for 2022 HCV Waitlist Applicants Scottsdale Housing Agency is accepting referrals for the Foster Youth to Independence (FYI) program through the Arizona Department of Child Safety. If you're a young adult with a history in foster care, you may be eligible for immediate housing assistance through this initiative! ✅ Who’s Eligible? - Age 18–24 (not yet turned 25)
- Left foster care at age 16 or older—or will leave within 180 days
- Are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless
Eligible participants can receive up to 36 months of Housing Choice Voucher assistance. Additional support services are also provided to assist in achieving self-sufficiency.
